Excellent trainer however setting early finish expectations at the start did not necessarily set the right tone for the participants. It came over as if you keep your questions to a minimum we will finish early therefore could result in a mind set of "if you ask too many questions you will be holding everyone up"Response : Thanks for the feedback, Audrey. I expect Alan was managing the expectation that the course might last til 4.30 when experience tells him otherwise. But you make a fair point, we will highlight the points you made to Alan. Thank you

Content would need to be tailored to our GMP for other groups that are not familiar with the topic and their duties.

Unfortunately, despite talks with someone beforehand, there was no gluten or dairy free lunch provided so I had to look for a place nearby to cater. We were also expecting regular top ups of coffee and tea at 10am and 3pm and had to keep phoning Reception who didn't seem bothered about it. The room was extremely small.Response : Thanks for your feedback, Emily, we are taking up the issues raised about catering with the venue. As I mentioned in our communications after the course, there was a clerical hitch at our end which meant the information about your dietary requirements were not picked up by the course administrator. We have put a procedure in place to ensure this doesn't happen again

Would have liked a more in-depth course, perhaps with a practical element. Not sure if this is a 'fault' at our end. For example the BIFM DSE course runs for two days.Response : Thanks for the feedback, Stephen. I suspect this wasn't the course you were looking for. This is simply a half day course covering: -Health & Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 - Legislation overview -Work-station practical demonstration and exercise -Conducting a work-station assessment, recording findings and follow up activities I will follow this up with the person who booked your course for you and see what we can do

The date was moved from 16th to 20th which wasn't so much of a problem as communicated well and staff very friendly and helpful though because of this there were quite a few mistakes made e.g. sending confirmations over for wrong dates, sending questions over twice and then having to remind to answer my questions in time for the day itself. invoice details incorrect etc. I see that the course end date on this form says 16th but it was 20th too. Not overly concerned personally but you need to get this right to be as professional as you can be and make the experience as issue free as possible.

No tea/coffee or water provided for lunch?Response : Hi Norma...there should have been water available to you throughout the day and am sure tea and coffee would have been available on request. Apologies if that was not the case. Sorry to see your experience was not up to our usual standard, we take feedback like this very seriously and will be addressing the issues you raised

Some slides within the presentation were not covered during the training but the reason for this was not explained. Trainer showed genuine understanding of the organisation and approached conflict resolution well.

The book handed out was completely pointlessResponse : Hi Eve - we are sorry you didn't find the course or its materials worthwhile. The presentation included in the booklet is what was delivered to you on the day and is meant to be used as a reference point for you after the course. Having looked over the materials we supplied it appears to be packed full of interesting and relevant content relating to communication and sales techniques. I have highlighted your comments to the course organiser, so she may pick this up with you. If there is anything at all you would like us to support you with in future, then we would be happy to help
