As above, I really enjoyed and took a lot from the course. I think the Trust should offer this to more people to benefit from. Toni was a great course trainer and the day was really good, informative and I will take lots away with me to use.

Course delivered to expectation and some very useful tips for facilitating virtually.
I think the course was great, and did cover a lot, in terms of theory and the role of the facilitator. I was expecting a bit more in terms of practical tools - structuring sessions around different techniques etc. Although this may be covered more in the 2 day session/workbook - I haven't had a chance to look through this fully yet.
