I loved that it was a small group and I was able to ask very specific questions I've had. Answered all my questions I came to the course with and gave me more ideas for how to complete. I really appreciate it!

Felt more relaxed on this course being my second. Lorraine explained things really well and the recap before was really good and refreshing.

My tutor was very supportive, always available and very knowledgeable. For me personally in future I would select the training course that includes periodic seminars as this time I did not, I went for the "on demand" training. Most modules on the VLE supplied subject the slides from a group webinar to review but the recording of the actual seminar was not available so it was hard to relate to the slides. If this was available on demand this would have made it better for me but that is just my personal choice - I think I chose the wrong route at the beginning and should have selected the course which gave seminars on set dates etc. but I was not sure what would be best when starting out.....hindsight is a wonderful thing. I was not disappointed with the course though I will just make a different choice next time.

The course was much harder than I had anticipated. Lucy was very experienced , and helped to manage my time and expectation of submissions very well.
