I highly recommend this programme for any new leader, as well as for leaders who are facing challenges with their team or within the organization. The programme provides practical support, guidance, and tools that help leaders build confidence, improve communication, and effectively manage team and organizational challenges. A big thank you to the faculty team, especially Denise, Neil, and David. Your guidance, support, and encouragement played a huge role in my leadership journey and made a real difference throughout the programme. Just wrapped up the Leadership Trust programme — and what an experience. Incredible people, incredible content, and one of the most intense weeks I’ve done in a long time, maybe ever. It really pushes you — not just in how you lead others, but how you understand yourself. There’s nowhere to hide, but that’s exactly where the value is. The learning is real, practical, and it sticks. I’m walking away with a lot to reflect on, a lot to work on, and a lot of appreciation for the people I went through it with. If you get the opportunity to do it — take it. It’s tough, but absolutely worth it. Appreciate the team running in.
