Exceptional experience, well organized, great approach of leadership training condensed in a week, taking participants through challenging projects and out of the comfort zone. Really enjoyed it! Very supportive staff and instructors.

My first experience of experiential learning to this degree. A great way to discover, understand and embed new learnings.

The course was very well run and delivered with a good mixture of theory, discussion and group work.

Investing in developing leadership mentality and skills is incredibly important. This is even more powerful when delivered from outside the organisation as it provides insight and validation. I would like to see it linked directly to opportunities for advancement and perhaps lead to secondments to roles that people can be developed within, rather than the norm for external recruitment.

A very enjoyable experience, It was good to dig a little deeper to understand what really makes colleagues tick, Great to identify different strengths throughout the individual tasks.
