The Leadership in Management Program has been an exceptional and highly rewarding experience. It provided a valuable opportunity for self-reflection, leadership development, and meaningful engagement with a diverse group of professionals. The combination of coaching, action learning, and practical leadership insights helped strengthen my self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness. The facilitators created an environment of trust, openness, and constructive challenge that enabled real learning and personal growth.
