Original content, immersive and genuine learning. Great staff and venue location / food. Whilst a beautiful building the break out rooms and some of accommodation really need a refresh .

I would recommend a break during the programme so the learner can grasp thinks more and also can take time to ask questions.

Excellent programme. Very diverse, so much to be learned not only from the course but from other delegates. Vibrancy and variety of the course eradicates even the slimmest chance of the course stagnating. Environment was extremely safe at all times and really provided all delegates with the opportunity to grow and learn.

Great venue. Beautiful landscape and area. Rooms could be a little better but didn’t spend much time there!

Very good projects. However, this was physically exhausting. Excellent caring facilitatorabout our needs, being good listener and observer. The shadow concept was awkward and might be unconformable.

While some of these concepts may have been familiar, the program provided valuable reinforcement through practical methodologies and actionable tools. It not only helps us grow as leaders but also builds the confidence needed to step up and face new challenges in our future leadership roles.
