I would like to express my appreciation for the well-structured and thoughtfully engineered "Leadership in Management" course. The 5.5 high-impact residential sessions provided an excellent blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, which significantly enriched my learning experience. Each session was engaging and offered valuable insights that I believe will be instrumental in my professional growth. I trust and very excited for the follow-up online workshop and the full learning support that will be commendable aspects of the course. These will ensure that the learning continued beyond the residential sessions, allowing us to reinforce our understanding and apply what we had learned in real-world scenarios.

Very unique training, cannot be compared to anything.
It’s a life changing experience and all the activities were designed to push us out of our comfort zones and the time to reflect and splice and dice the team dynamics was very effectively facilitated by the Facilitators
Course was super intense but what have learned is invaluable. Some life changing events too Denise was so helpful and encouraging she made the course very enjoyable

This week’s Leadership Trust program was a thrilling journey of growth and discovery. The dynamic sessions and mostly activities fostered trust, collaboration, and confidence. It was a transformative step toward authentic, impactful leadership.
A real mix of everything I needed. My only suggestion would be to run one exercise without time pressures, to allow careful application of models, learning points and individual goals.
