The 3 days course were really fun and illustrative. Concepts were not new for me but explore better ways to apply them to ensure better outcome a more powerful ways of working
A well thought out course and agenda, with a nice mix of hands-on exercises, group presentations and discussions, all delivered at a pace that was comfortable for me to get the best from it.

Excellent course and the experiential part of the course was perfectly pitched and tested everyone across the week! I think the facilitators could have done more to challenge certain negative behaviours, especially when someone was getting aggressive. I also think facilitators could intervene a lot more to probe and prompt discussion rather than just expecting the group to share.
I've had a brilliant week. Very nearly broken, but so worthwhile. I want to thank everyone for the experience and particularly to my team for putting everything into it.
