Excellent course. Jam packed - great experience- so much to learn but brilliant environment to learn in. Great facilitators - all staff very committed- professional at all times. Great attention to health and safety of everyone. Very demanding but extremely gratifying. Definitely recommend to others. Thank you all very much.

Taking part in the Leadership in Management programme with Leadership Trust has been an amazing experience — one that I wish I had done ten years ago. The intensity of the residential week, with its constant projects, reviews, and reflection, was both challenging and rewarding. I learned so much about myself and about leadership in such a short space of time. It’s not for the faint-hearted — it pushes you far outside of your comfort zone — but the growth and insight you gain make it truly invaluable. I am so pleased to have joined and look forward to applying what I’ve learned to better support my team and our goals. Great course. Wonderful and very knowledgable staff. Everything was so well-organised! Lots of room for individual growth, but also many laughs - and all of that on a beautiful venue in the English countryside. Highly recommend!

I think it is important that we talk about these traits a lot more. Back into the work we forget them. Another point was regarding succession planning. Which we hardly do.
