This is general awarness and fornthose Who are already aware is more like a refreshment than realising new trues of life. This was admitted honestly at the beginning that we won't be equipted with aby new tools. The change is with us. In us. We need to Get to know ourselves better which is always a good advise. And we looked in some deept on this.

Love the way of the presentations, really practical and a few slides. It is being not only about leadership but also team building and self evaluation. Finally, really appreciated the Harrison assesstment, quite useful. Thanks!

Good to get away from the office and spend some time thinking and reflecting. Lots of the building blocks I already knew but good to be reinforced and given a new structure and style

It was a great experience that I think we should be doing once in a while, really insightfull and useful, I have learnt a lot about my leadership and how I manage my team and how I can improve it. Loved it.

I enjoyed using the tools such as the Harrison Assessment - to reflect on my leadership behaviors and identify areas for growth. This helped me become more intentional in how I support others, particularly in creating psychological safety and encouraging open dialogue during project retrospectives.

Thoroughly enjoyed the process. It got intense at times but that was good to really break me down and see what sort of person I am.

Original content, immersive and genuine learning. Great staff and venue location / food. Whilst a beautiful building the break out rooms and some of accommodation really need a refresh .
