Presentation great, food by Wiltshire foods was different experience and interesting. Catering on site venue slightly better, female catering staff with glasses still had a bit of an issue when asked by persons attending, if it was possible for sauce with an item, stated to one, none, then just before end of lunch was pressed to have some available please, which got sorted, then some staff eating snacks whilst behind the table. Overall good course, just odd things let it down, but nothing is perfect.

Fantastic, very informative, the interaction with other participants was very good and helpful Will definitely put what I learnt in practice.
The SONA training has been an amazing experience as it was enlightening and getting to network with other people was nice.
