I feel today’s session was not very relevant for my role. It was hard to follow and hard to answer questions. To be told that if we didn’t know the answers then we shouldn’t be in this role was a kick. As clearly job roles of us all here are not noted. We all kept being referred to, and the whole course today was based on registered managers.
The seminar was held in an adequate accessible location and the environment was clean and well maintained.
