Excellent presentation & a good way to learn. A little fast paced in places but handouts were available at the end. Food for lunch was Not quite as expected which was sandwiches & oven chips.

Learn some new knowledge about how resolve the behavior challenge

The training was very helpful. It help me to understand what is the root cause for a behaviour. I think I can use new strategy while our residents are having a behaviour issues.
