Excellent course overall, really helped my reflection and progress moving forwards to successfully implement PPM. Excellent trainer and was easy to follow and understand.
Essentially I already knew the majority of the content - however being delivered by GP and having the ability to ask questions just clarified knowledge and understanding already had and feel more able to challenge healthcare professionals now.
Think the course was really well delivered however would have appreciated more opportunity for discussion, felt that a lot of the questions were answered for us
Enjoyed the day was a good refresher for me and the ability to talk through scenarios was really good. Will be re biting my MCAs to check they are all current and if they could be better
