All information and training provided was relevant, course was kept interesting and hands on, was able to discuss ideas with other people in same industry :)

Perfect for learning the abilities and skills also what is needed.

Sandwich’s all had sauce on them with no plain fillings,

Very good day and we learnt a lot that we can take back to improve our service. Purely on an organisational fro t, signs or a welcome at venue entrance would of been ideal
