Course is very informative and the trainer is very friendly.
I really enjoyed the course and Debbie always gives so much more to the training. Thought provoking.
Very positive and productive course. I particularly liked how Debbie would utilise certain scenarios that she has had to manage previously and also using videos to resemble the situation.

Excellent course overall, really helped my reflection and progress moving forwards to successfully implement PPM. Excellent trainer and was easy to follow and understand.
Essentially I already knew the majority of the content - however being delivered by GP and having the ability to ask questions just clarified knowledge and understanding already had and feel more able to challenge healthcare professionals now.
Enjoyed the day was a good refresher for me and the ability to talk through scenarios was really good. Will be re biting my MCAs to check they are all current and if they could be better
