I felt the course was more suited at care worker level not management level. I didn’t feel I learnt anything new.
I found it good as a wellbeing refresher and took some extra signposting away.
Great knowledge from the speaker. Would have like a quick break afternoon, from 1:30-4:30 was a long time.
