Tech first aid training has highlighted the importance and benefits of using technology in the field to deliver a seamless experience to delivering care services in the community to customers and helping reduces staff turnover.

Informative sessions. The training provided insights to technology, digitalisation, and AI that piqued my interest. Had some major takeaways such as making an AI policy and cyber security policies.
