Very smooth day which really brought home the importance of falls awareness and the falls ambassador programme. I really enjoyed hearing the experiences of the care home resident which illustrated how important the work done by care staff is.
Debbie was very informative, interacted well and I enjoyed the presentation of her session
The course was done at a good pace, very interesting and enjoyable. Debbie was great with her information and keeping things fun and interesting while learning about such an emotional subject.
