Andrea delivers all training in an engaging way, ensuring understanding, listens and supports. A great course and great insight to ensuring our care plans are even more person centred and OUTCOMES are clearly recorded and revisited to ensure the individual feels they are in control, listened to and their choices are paramount.

Gained great deal of knowledge feel more competent about what I understand and can do training was very good overall

Very well presented Lots of different information given Shame about all the talking through the slides and people not listen

Lots of information to share with colleagues to benefit the residents

Presentation great, food by Wiltshire foods was different experience and interesting. Catering on site venue slightly better, female catering staff with glasses still had a bit of an issue when asked by persons attending, if it was possible for sauce with an item, stated to one, none, then just before end of lunch was pressed to have some available please, which got sorted, then some staff eating snacks whilst behind the table. Overall good course, just odd things let it down, but nothing is perfect.
