The content was good but was disappointed a lot tools identified were not for who l support ie LDleople under 65 .

The course flowed nicely, it was both insightful and engaging, Debbie’s delivery of this content was a factor in my 5 start evaluation.

Deb was great, engaged the group very well and ensured everyone had a good understanding. She remembered everyone's names which I thought was a really nice aspect, as often in training we will have name badges or be asked several times. The course was very good overall.
