All very good. Took away a lot from this lesson and Debbie was a great trainer. She was very patient with us all being new to the role and answered every question thoroughly.

I am new to my job role and gave not yet carried out a supervision, training today has helped me see how to arrange, approach and do an effective supervision, I just need to build my own confidence, hence 4 stars for one question
