I enjoyed the course and how it was delivered. Although I knew some of the presented information, I also learned much more. Of which I will reflect on and feedback to my superiors as to how we can implement this within the workplace.

I would recommend a larger room for the training as the room we were in was a little cramp - absolutely lovely trainer and very engaging she was, had great experience notes to share. I would have liked to see more group interaction but that’s only a preference…..
