Was sent a diferent work book through post prefered a card copy but had to use the digital which were diferent and nit what i wanted to work off to make my xam notes. Was quite frustraited
Bob brings a brilliant attitude to his training. We all know it - Health and Safety isn't the most thrilling of discussions at times. However, Bob brought an element of entertainment to it which kept the session engaging. I think there was a good balance of presentation vs group work.
A bit long given the content. Could have been condensed to half the time.
Very useful information. Would recommend trying not to complete in one go as it is a lot of information! Well laid out and nice mix of reading and videos.
Questions in the assessment which I did not feel were covered in the course
Course was good and was kept engaging by the tutor but it would be beneficial to incorporate some practical aspects too, although I understand it is a challenge with a 3 day course
