Good course

In terms of course format I thought it could have included more of a variety of learning methods i.e. auditory, visual, kinaesthetic The intense amount of reading from PowerPoint and listening to the tutor was sometimes exhausting. More practical tasks is something I think I could have benefited from. Otherwise, Gary was very informative and helpful and did his best to break the course down for us.

Mary, the tutor, was very engaging and spoke really well. I Thoroughly enjoyed the course.

A lot of Information was provided but it was always backed up and re-gone through ample times to help assist and cement learnings.

Andrew clearly knows his subject! Overall, I found it very helpful. I would have liked less emphasis on legal requirements and sanctions and more on the practical steps that managers need to employ to help develop good safety culture

Brilliant tutor and the course was really informative as well as enjoyable.

Very good training and trainer. However, for non native English speakers like me, sometimes the wording is quite difficult. However, Gary gave us some more time during the training to read the training material which helped. I know the training is tailored for the UK where I do not live, so therefore somethings like the courts, specific legal situations are different. But in general I gained a lot of information which will help in my daily job.

Good course, would need to do one to see how well I can do. As Chris says do it with an open mind and ask the right questions

Very useful discussion around health & safety issues, which acted as a good refresher on key issues and prompted thought.

More discussion of the case studies would have been interesting.
