Overall, I have really enjoyed the course. This opportunity allowed me to further build on previous training and experience gained through other health and safety related learning. Much of the content reinforced knowledge I have already developed through my career and workplace experience, while also giving me the opportunity to explore subjects that I have had less exposure to in greater depth. I found this balance particularly useful, as it helped strengthen my understanding in familiar areas whilst developing my confidence in new ones. The course has given me knowledge that I can apply in my role, helping me better support both the business and employees and I am hopeful it has also prepared me well for the assessment.
