Great trainer very accomodating this is my 2nd time doing this first time the experience was not great, but found it alot better this time round

Tutor friendly and interactive :)

This health and safety course was clear, engaging, and relevant to my role. The content was well structured and easy to follow, with practical examples that helped bring the legislation and procedures to life. I especially valued the focus on real workplace scenarios, risk assessment, and personal responsibility, which increased my confidence in applying the learning day to day. The trainer explained complex topics in a simple, accessible way and encouraged participation throughout. Overall, the course reinforced the importance of working safely, improved my awareness of potential hazards, and provided useful tools to help maintain a safe, compliant environment.

Really good content. Mostly example/anecdote based which really suits my learning style. H&S is not always the most riveting subject (no offence) so making the content as engaging as I found it - is impressive.

Really informative, good balance of discussion and information exchange . Really insightful on content - Law and case examples . Great call to action .

Very good, informative and supportive. Isabel was very friendly and I enjoyed the course. Feedback for the test - not user friendly and not appropriate for someone who is dyslexic. Despite this Isabel provided help and talked through and was very supportive Thank you
