Struggled with the risk assessment submission. This was not a slick process.
Very good delivery. Excellent course work supplied.
Overall a great course. Ravi is an exceptional instructor and I felt confident with her knowledge of the subject. A degree of home-learning is required, which is understandable. It would also be beneficial to answer some exam questions over a weekend, followed by an individual feedback session on your answer technique.
Could have benefited from more structure for the breakout rooms? some people worked well in the group and interacted well - expressing ideas and listening to others. At times it was quiet and people did not want to interact - also people working at much different speeds was a little off putting - for example, we would work on a scenario - some would already have answered the scenario before I had even read the question. There were many people on this course - maybe too many? And a vast range of levels of experience in Health and Safety - I did at times struggle to keep up with those who had more experience than myself. Overall - Good pace, Time always available if required and the tutor went out of their way to help as much as possible.
Overall positive experience, believe course could be condensed for experienced persons
Lot of information but broke up well to digest.
