Positive: I liked the work dynamics and how proactive they were. The content and explanations were very clear. Negative: The training time and schedule were very long. (4am for colleagues from Argentina). I would like to close this type of training with a proposal for future action plans.

Tutors were really helpful and knowledgeable. However all the issues with the workbooks was not helpful. Which ended up a lot of time was lost.

The legal bit was UK specific and needs to be more international. Alot of the course our leaders already knew and therefore i am not sure what more they would have took. Also being online i am not sure it helped.

Bob was great!

Mike was very good, knowledgeable and was particularly reassuring with real life data.

Could do with using CEVA materials to demonstrate the company systems so that PTW was relevant to all on course and not quite as generic. Stacey was engaging as a presenter and there was enough time to allow for questions throughout.
