I really enjoyed the course as I find first aid very interesting. It is always good to have when you have some children and work with a lot of different ages.

I will never do first aid again. I have done first aid courses many times , always loved them but i did not take 3 days out of a job i love to feel like i do right now. The negativity and constant commwnts about failing have really upset me. On day 1 2 ladies qho scored 12 were told they were likely to fail the final exam. I have a degree and taught for almost 30 years, i only hope i have never made a pupil feel how i feel right now. Praise and positivity are better for growth and development than negativity which only creates fear.

Good course and Brian was very good and helpful. A very plesent manner stoke to us not down to us . A gentleman.

The course was very well prepared and presented. The experience was great. The content was presented very well and easy to understand, mostly due to excessive knowledge and experience of our instructor.
