Great course, I felt went into a bit too much detail about depression, anxiety, bi polar, a lot of repetition. Perhaps trigger warnings before playing some of the videos would have been beneficial

Presenter quite active and gives explanations during demonstrations, has good knowledge.

The course should be condensed into one or two days. Three days is too long.
