Having to carry out the video alone is quite difficult in order to film it i had to ask another person and I wfh alone.

course froze twice, once at section 5 and took to long to rectify despite numerous emails and the 2nd time at question 3 of the assessment and there was no response at all from HEALTH MATTERS

The course stops & starts continuously & is far too long , time l will never get back.

Trainer ill prepared as staff had to supply items for training
