John was very knowledgeable of first Aid and situation that can arise in the leisure centres. I have found the training really useful and I feel it has given me a lot more confidence in my day-to-day role in the centre and daily life should a first aid situation arise. Definitely one of the best first aid course I have been on

John, was a fantastic trainer! Plenty of visual and practical demonstrations. Along with sharing past experiences. John has a wonderful way of simplifying first aid. Really enjoyed this training and hope he delivers future training. Bonus with his funny sense of humour.
