John was lovely and has a great knowledge of first aid and found it very helpful that he related the health issues to real life situations which helped but their severity into perspective. Felt well informed and the practical aspect was very helpful

Trainer made us feel really comfortable especially as most of us have not encountered first aid training before. The trainer made the class interactive and practical whilst also giving us a high standard of knowledge. Thank you!
