Great Training delivered by Mark made it interesting through out many thanks

A very good course complimented by the fact the trainer Mark has been the star for me.Very nice man,that put emphasis on real world experiences and engagement from all of us on the course,

Content had capacity of being very 'heavy' but was delivered with empathy and consideration. The trainer had experiences that he was able to draw on and provide the reality behind possible interactions with colleagues.

All parking spaces reserved, no information on closest parking for people who don't know the area.

Very impressed with the whole day.
