Good and informative course. Trainer delivered it very well and was interesting and very personable.
An excellent course - superbly delivered by Richard. He explained everything so clearly and really has upped my confidence to provide first aid in school - particularly for conditions I was completely unsure of beforehand. The pace was good, materials including the booklet which I got to take were really useful as an aide memoire too.
