Really interactive course with great used case examples bringing the course to life. Richard kept the course really interesting and I have left the course feeling confident to attend a first aid situation. Great scope of content also covered which was great for inside/outside the workplace.

Everything on the course was relevant, interesting and broken down into consumable segments. The book is a great resource and the videos were a good additional learning tool. Richard was informative, funny, relatable and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had and nothing was too much trouble.
