Trainer very good and helpful

I thought the course was very useful in how to prevent a fire correctly through certain steps.

Very boring course, despite the trainers best efforts to make it interesting. 3 days is excessive for the content in my opinion.

Des was an excellent trainer . He kept everyone engaged & was very knowledgeable. He made the course very enjoyable as well as feeling you came away with the confidence & skills to be a good First Aider.

This was my first time at a first aid course. Our trainer, Des was very knowledgable, welcoming & created a relaxed atmosphere in which to learn. The level of information is intense, which is to be expected, but the manner with which the classes were handled meant that it wasn't intimidating. Thank you Des
