Training was excellent and I have gain a lots understanding and looking forward to make some improvement to my presentation.
I enjoy the course and it was good to hear other people’s view and opinions. Tutor was great enjoyed his training styles.

Enjoyed that it was a smaller group. Very engaging and has helped a lot to improve understanding and structure of training. Has met all expectations and objectives.
A very good course that met my needs. My only suggestion would be that we receive the slides ahead of time. Very interesting two days which has provided many interesting theories to implement
Kirsty was open and friendly. She provided a detailed account of the subject and provided many examples and answered many questions. She controlled the room and provided large amounts of information in a fun and direct manor.
Dan was a really brilliant trainer and made us feel comfortable instantly, building a quick rapport. This really helped foster the correct environment and the foundations to build skill. I was really impressed with the content and how much we learnt in a smaller space of time. I feel very confident and excited to use my new found skills!
