Rated 4 for the materials as it would have been nice to have a work book to keep notes in and have diagrams etc to refer back to. Felt at times my focus was on writing notes so missed some bit of information. Great two days help me identify improvements I can make and validated the things I was doing right.
Dan was great at getting everyone involved and giving every individual one on one feedback whilst checking in with the group regularly. I've learnt lots of really useful tools and I know that the anicdotes used through the 2 day course will really stick.
I feel energised to undertake our training and also review our content to make it more impactful. Thanks
Good course, gave me a good foundation to base my future "in session" work on. Helpful tools to help build and construct sessions as well as practical and demonstrated, in the session on the group, assessment and measuring tools. Would appreciate more information on post session "final assessment " type tools and approaches. Dan was great to talk to and very encouraging.
This was a fantastic opportunity to really taylor the training to my needs ( as I was the i only participant). I really enjoyed the training and felt it was all relevant. The pace and structure of the training was good and Dan's knowledge and advice excellent. I came away motivated and excited to move on with the rest of the qualification
Really fantastic experience to go through the course, there is a great mixture of subjects, tasks and experiences and overall it was really informative and engaging. I'm happy I chose to go with BCF group
Excellent two days. I’ve been kept fully engaged and valued the small group to explore ideas and concepts and get a real grip and understanding of how I can embed this in my workplace
I really enjoyed the course and found it beneficial, however I think I would have liked (and expected) to have more theory around NLP covered.
