It takes a special skillset to keep a bunch like our cohort engaged for two days; the time flew by and this has everything to do with Dan’s flexible style and seemingly endless knowledge. I thoroughly enjoyed the programme and feel ready to put the tools into practice as a coach but also in project management day-to-day, I can see how it can help me to empower individuals on my programme.
Content and theory behind the course provided a number of really useful tools that can be put into practice. Trainer (Dan) was really good at helping with specific examples or issues that we found within the day to day and how to best approach these examples.
The course was great! There was a good combination of anecdotes, theory and self-reflection which really helped me consolidate my understanding of each concept. I’ve come away feeling confident and excited to try out new management and leadership techniques.

Course was great and perfect timing for our team. Gave us some really useful things to go away and think about. Was definitely a benefit having multiple members of the team on the course at the same time and the trainer allowed us time to discuss personal work objectives and how it applied to our role perfectly.
Great content and Laura was great in bringing it to life in a relatable, non-judgmental way (and Simon was great too - we didn’t feel any judgement from him either joining halfway through). I feel much more confident in creating and delivering presentations now!
Laura was very engaging and tailored the course to suit not only our personal objectives and needs but also allowed space and time for group discussion, learning and enhancements. Excellent course. I would be useful to split the PCQ scenarios questions into coaching you'd like for yourself and situations you may encounter as a coach.
