Darren was a great trainer. We ended up being one-to-one but it felt like a fluid, safe space to share thoughts, ideas and anecdotes. When I might have struggled with content Darren was patient and understanding, as well as encouraging. Found the course very helpful and really enjoyed how it was a very small group so we enjoyed more one to one learning and got more from the course. Laura was great and very knowledgeable
Laura was absolutely lovely, she explained everything perfectly and was very detailed in her way of teaching/training. All the slides worked well and were very informative and useful. The building was spotless, good lunch and nice beverages.
