Great course, I have left feeling more confident about putting a training course together. The mix of backgrounds meant we all learned from one another. The trainer was confident in her knowledge and great at supporting us to explore the modules.

I’ve really enjoyed this training. Dan is engaging and made it so it was inclusive. We all came together and that was mostly down to him pulling us together and making things inclusive. I really wish I could’ve done more sessions lol

I have learned a lot from Saphire. She didnt judge me and she's not intimidating. She explaines or discussed the topic well and had a patience to answer my questions.

I really enjoyed the course, which has made me more self aware of my existing leadership and management style, and how I can develop to become better at what I do.

A great course with Dan who is clearly well versed in this subject. And looking forward to the assignments.

I stayed fully engaged during both days. Dan was very knowledgeable and was able to get information from myself and the group easily, enabling the group to be open with each other throughout it all.

Really engaging course, I felt like there should be more opportunity for role play. Maybe a session in the morning and then a session in the afternoon to get us moving and motivated a bit more.
