Great two days, Laura was an excellent training and very engaging which made the learning easier to absorb. The location is great and good space to learn. Learning will be easy to apply as doing practical aspects has given me a good concept of the theory in practise. I would definitely recommend this to others.
Laura has been fantastic over the two days, very knowledgeable, easily relatable and down to earth. I have gained so much valuable information and definitely feel more equipped now to tackle the coaching and assignments in order to gain my qualification. I’m not worried about checking in with her about anything when doing the assignments, because she has been so open and approachable throughout. Thank you for everything.
Laura was so friendly, engaging and knowledgeable on coaching. There was lots of discussion throughout both days which was very helpful, as were the role play exercises. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the theory behind coaching and how this would relate to my future assignments - Laura's enthusiasm on the subject was infectious and I am very much looking forward to this qualification. Laura was very understanding of the work involved and gave lots of support, which has left me fairly confident in tackling the first few assignments. I know I can go to her with any issues throughout. Thank you very much, Laura, amazing training session

I've given a five for most of the answers as I feel this was one of the most useful and well delivered courses I have been on for a long time. The content was just enough and relevant for what we needed to know. It was backed up by practical examples and Laura's style of delivery was so approachable and welcoming. I enjoyed all of it and the time just flew
