It is quite helpful but I think that the objectives and the focus should be more clear at the start of the day to take the best out of it. If you keep changing you target along the day, you might lose confidence instead of gaining it

Very challenging day but highly focussed and with content / techniques that you will not forget. Although our course was crisis management focussed many of the tools and techniques will apply across other business situations.
