Good refresher from the training I did a number of years ago. Great to have a safe space to practice a new story that we haven’t yet landed all the messaging.

It's really worth while

Good and thorough. Good techniques to employ and worked well doing parts as a big group and other bits in smaller groups

Both facilitators really know their stuff, great for building confidence in a really scary subject
