To face the media you need to have a good understanding of what you are going to say, how you say it and how to deal with ensuing questions. Do not lose focus and stick to the messages you want to get across.

Important training to help have tools in your armour should they ever be needed. Gives you confidence to face the media in a crisis and know what to say rather than worry about saying the wrong thing. Highly recommended.
