Very useful session, some excellent tangible techniques to help improve media interactions. The course pushed me out of my comfort zone, but in a really supportive way, and it has helped me feel much more confident in those situations.

A helpful course that provides practical tools to help prepare for and undertake media interviews. But also tools that are transferable to any context where you are talking about activity to someone.

Excellent ‘101’ guide for people not used to regular media exposure. The ‘tools’ (mnemonics) provide a useful aide memoir, and the practical sessions were edifying.

Susan was extremely knowledgeable and used her great weaIth of experience really effectively, but still managed to put me at ease and build my confidence.
