A really useful session. I used a presentation I had given before and chose a particularly hard subject I need to approach with customers. Victoria was so helpful in critiquing the slides and my presentation skills. It felt like a real follow on from the face to face coaching I had a few months ago. I very much enjoyed it and I am looking forward to my next session
