trainers Sean and Chris were personable, friendly and knowledgeable and delivered the course smoothly. The content was engaging and the group work/peer review was very useful. It was beneficial to work on real emails/topics related to our field of work, and I am impressed that the trainers were able to understand the industry enough to make valuable comments.
