Really informative day Good hints and tips
I loved having training from very experienced and professional individuals outside of my field and it got me thinking about things very differently. Victioria and Sian were so engaging and fantastic in how they engaged with our team and just really so informative with all of their experience.
A fantastic course that really delivered and met expectations. Howard was brilliant, supportive, informative and the feedback was excellent throughout the day.

Fantastic prompts to help me in all areas of public speaking
Howard did a fabulous job delivering this training. He created a safe space for mistakes, questions, and feedback. He continued to push us and encouraged us to feel more confident because we were doing a good job already - and it was great hearing that from an external person. He went above and beyond preparing for this training and provided specific and personal feedback on each exercise, which helped our learning experience as a team. He also kept it up with good humor and relatable examples. At the end of the training, I didn't even remember it started at 6h30am BRT. It was THAT good! Kudos to the Media First team!
