Very good course. I would highly recommend this course to those beginning in their career, like myself, to understand the importance of language.

trainers Sean and Chris were personable, friendly and knowledgeable and delivered the course smoothly. The content was engaging and the group work/peer review was very useful. It was beneficial to work on real emails/topics related to our field of work, and I am impressed that the trainers were able to understand the industry enough to make valuable comments.
